Robert Taylor
Managing Director
EAP Property Services Group was founded in 1988 by Robert Taylor. Today Rob, still leads a strong team of surveyors, architectural designers, engineers and administration staff that, combined, ensure you receive a platinum bespoke service. Rob has over 40 years experience in the construction industry and is a practising Expert Witness, which has seen him write numerous reports and give evidence in Court on behalf of defendants and claimants.
Sean Taylor
Architectural and Structural Design Manager
Sean started out as a CAD Technician and joined the company 11 years ago. During his time at EAP he has further developed his skills in building design, construction, surveying and now is responsible for all design work in the company. His enthusiasm and desire to deliver an excellent service, as well as in depth knowledge of his field, results in great customer satisfaction.

A founding member of the company, Jennie has been responsible for assisting with future planning and control of the Company's accounts throughout the evolution of the company. Over the years, Jennie has developed professional and in depth expertise of the services that we offer, which allows her to provide clear advice to clients on the best way forward.

Lucie is an efficient, organised administrator with over 10 years experience and a record of working to very high standards. She excels in collaboration and has an in-depth knowledge of all services offered by the company which enables her to assists clients effectively and proficiently. She is an expert in producing residential and commercial quotations with surveyors, architects, structural engineers and has extensive experience in dealing with complex and urgent administrative issues in a professional manner.
